"Aweful customer service from “management!” A mega washer locked my bedding in the machine while going for 5+ hours-I am from out of town and couldn’t wait for it. Called & text the “emergency” number and no response until hours after I left town that afternoon. The management proceeded to harass me saying it was probably my blanket’s fault the washer didn’t stop. The next day an acquaintance was in the laundromat and the blanket was still in the washer! The saga continued but I will NEVER use this laundromat again."

"Just started coming here recently. Last few times was good. Hit or miss if you can get the mega washers. There’s only 2. Can’t do anything about the flies. Doors have to stay open due to the heat load of washers and dryers. Bathroom is rough and has No soap. Mainly blame the strands of rough people that don’t know how to respect other’s property. There’s always a few washers and dryers out of order, floors look like they never get swept or cleaned. Machines do an ok job washing but they are a little pricey. This week one of the quarter machines was down. And when you load the quarters in the washers you have to flick them in otherwise you have to keep inserting and pressing the reject button until it takes the quarter. Dryers are nice and affordable 25 cents gives you 7min. And they dry pretty well. Lint could be cleaned out more regularly. Not a terrible place everyone in there for the most part is focused on getting in and out. Place Just needs someone to maintain it a little better."

"I got so ripped off by the pay-with-mobile-phone service here. They don’t make it clear on the posters in the place that only four of the washing machines (four large expensive ones) and two of dryers (large expensive ones) are attached to the service. And since they don’t have a cash machine, I of course jumped on it. A mistake I will not make twice. Very unpleasant experience."

"This laundromat has a huge variety of machines which makes it nice when you have a lot of laundry to do for another business. The amount of dryers is a plus as well as there is no other laundromat in the pulaski area which makes it super convenient for a lot of people. In my opinion this laundromat does not get the respect that it deserves. The owner is an awesome, amazing, and a very accommodating man. The people doing animal bedding is making it very hard for other people who pay decent money to wash their laundry and should not have to pick off animal hair from their laundry, as well as those who are allergic to animal hair that have to deal with this as well. The complaints about the heat and the fly's is ridiculous because if the doors are shut, there's no air flow, if the doors are open, the fly's get inside. Seems like a no win situation. In my personal opinion, this laundromat is not given the respect it's due! Thank you to the owner for keeping the place open and dealing with all you do."

"The space was very clean and the machines all worked very well. My only issue was the darn machines took so long to put quarters in due to the machines either eating my money or dropping the coins back into the change return. I was doing multiple loads, so this added extra time I wish I didn’t have to waste (along with loosing quarters I could have used.) on the plus side they did have a really easy to use and quick app that was very helpful."
