"Once again the machine took my money, it was not over filled, there were no blankets, 1/2 load, it did not drain. Another patron had issues the same time I was here, with a large front loader. A young guy came over from the Blue Heron, he said he didn't know what happened, and there is no reimbursement for the $2 lost. Actually as this conversation was going on, another patron came in and she said the exact washer I had issues with, she did as well, they were aware and no reimbursement. SO!! You may lose money, do not use the 1st and 3rd.front loader on the 1st row and do not use the 2nd top loader on the 2nd row. I have never heard of a policy in which there is no reimbursement for the failure of a machine. 10/25/23 So I come accepting that I will probably lose at least $2 but today $4! 2 washers that worked my last visit, one took the money, never filled, nothing, only locked the door and went through the timer that was the front loader on the far end, 1st row. Same row 1sr front loader sis not rinse or spin."
