"We had a pleasant stay. The hotel is very well located, the staff are very friendly and the facilities are great. We were absolutely delighted with the free bagels, croissants and coffee in the morning as we don't usually eat breakfast so these were just perfect to start our day. Our room was cleaned daily and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Thank you for a great stay and if we ever return to NY, we will definitely look at this hotel option."

"Great Value. Friendly, Helpful Staff from Front Desk to Lobby Breakfast Attendant to Housekeeping. Sometimes you wanna keep a good thing to yourself. Finding a reasonably priced, hip, cool hotel in Manhattan centrally located to Times Square is not EZ. This gem allowed my friend and me to find a reasonably priced hotel room with two separate beds with free coffee and quick to go brekkie. Not a full breakfast but handy bagels and apples to get your day started and a 24 hour coffee machine with yummy cappuccinos and hot water for tea. Hip pop/dance tunes play in the lobby giving this mid-range comfortable hotel a cool vibe. Yes -- as per other reviewers, the bathroom does not have a fan -- but this is not a showstopper. The bathroom had a slight dank smell when we arrived -- we resolved instantly by opening the door to air out the room. Tip. We also used the guest bathrooms near the fitness level, as needed for personal privacy and had packed a small travel size spray air freshener. Tiny inconvenience that was easily resolved. Hotel could consider dehumidifying pucks and/or have housekeeping prop bathroom doors open to air out rooms. PS -- would definitely stay again. Location is only 5-7 min walk to Times Square and is quiet, away from the craziness but close to subway and access to other parts of Manhattan. Enjoy your trip."

"An intimate almost boutique hotel in Times Square. The hotel is super clean and the rooms are very cozy. Beds are plush and the views are great. What stands out most is the staff. Personable and professional, I felt like I was in a small town and they knew my name. In particular, Emily, Jorge, Gennaro and Andrea made great impressions. I highly recommend this hotel. The street feels safe at night and the vibe is just excellent in general."
