"I contacted this company to service a kitchen table. We agreed on a day even though I thought they're prices a were a little high. But because they were driving to Long Island from Brooklyn I agreed. The guy who was supposed to show up texted me that he was at the dmv and running late. Then we agreed to the next day. The next day no call no show. Ok? I then get a text two days later if they can do it Monday after 5:00. Ok. Now today my phone is charging. I see I missed a call at 4:00. It is now 4:40. I call and he says I' ve been calling you and you didn't answer. I turned around. Well that is it. I had to remind him he told me the appointment would be after 5 and that we had an appointment whether he spoke to me or not because it was confirmed last week. He was worried about the gas driving here 32 miles. Well mister I keep my appointments and don't renig on them. Very unprofessional. Sorry I wasted time with this company."
