"My experience was good. I ended up having the supervisor come and try to clear my bathroom sink after the initial tech was unable to get through. I also had issues with my tub. They were able to clear that drain 100%. I was only charged for the tub drain, not the sink drain. It’s refreshing to know that I wasn’t charged for the sink drain."

"Mike was awesome. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Plumbing issues absolutely suck no one wants to have to deal with sinks backing up and needing to have an emergency visit. It is so helpful when you get someone that is kind, understanding and knows what they are doing. He Listened to my concerns did not make me feel like o was over explaining or talking too much… (actually taking the time to listen to people is rare in customer service these days) took a look at my issue and said I can get this fixed for you.
