"This is definitely a low to no frills park - but the kayak/canoe rollers are super close to the parking - short paddle to the river just like Eastern which is just a short distance away as the crow flies - just better quality water than Ellicott Creek this time of year... Great starting spot to go to the east on the canal and connect the dots with the other launches to take in the full Canal experience heading to Lockport and even beyond"
