"This is a hard review to write. Let me start with Rich and Diane are wonderful. They came did a good job of digging my pool. They are very nice. I enjoyed them being here. HOWEVER... the build crew didn't show up till 6 o'clock. Only laid the bottom rail and left. They promised to be here at 7 am and it's now 9 am and I have heard nothing from anyone."
"Rich and his team installed my 30 ft round pool perfectly at the start of the summer. However, the pool supplier had delivered the wrong pool! That is, it was a great install that had to be removed! The pool supplier then had to deliver the correct pool. Rich Pools' team were able to return and de-install the incorrect pool AND reinstall the correct pool in one day! Just as good a job the second time!!!"
