Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

"The plumbing was amazing the guys did an amazing job. The concrete guy poured the sidewalk slab and looked amazing however it settled so much it was a tripping hazard. The concrete guy came back and reported the sidewalk slab (1) slab this ti.e the guy never finished it, it looks so hideous and so unprofessional. I'm so embarrassed and the neighbors even make co.ments about it. I can't believe he just left it. I have pictures to post also. I would hope someone will come and fix it. Thank you William."

"What the tech said was there was a blockage that caused a sewer backup into our basement. What they told the insurance company (which according to the manager I spoke to, they don't deal with insurance companies) was there was no blockage and no work was performed other than a visual inspection. We got a second plumber to come out and they found a "significant blockage" because their tech actually used tools to determine this. I would not recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone. Call a local company with people that actually care about what they do and their customers."

"Very pleased with our Roto-Rooter experience. We called late on a Friday evening for a back up into our home, and they scheduled us and arrived the next morning. Our technician Mitchell was so friendly and knowledgeable, snaking the line out in the wind and snow. We were able to use a corporate coupon which helped with the cost. Will definitely use them again if needed!"

"This is what my basement looks like after a Roto Rooter plumber cut and removed a galvanized drain pipe in my basement. No tarp, no effort to minimize the mess. Black sludge everywhere, and then he just…left. I’ve never had a professional plumber make a mess like this and not clean up after themselves. I’m going to have to throw things away. That wall has to be repainted. It’s a nightmare."
