"My Aussie shepherd & I travel quite a bit for work, so we visit a whole lotta dog parks around the country. Heritage Park is definitely on our list of dog parks we’ll happily go to again & again when we’re in the area. Here’s the basic breakdown: there’s parking right next to the dog areas, but not many spaces (I’d guess 10-ish), it’s med-small, enclosed, well maintained, has a couple poop bag & garbage can stations provided, has water & bowls on site, has small & large dog areas, & over the course of many visits at different times on many days, we’ve never met an inconsiderate, nervous or etiquette-ignorant owner, & we’ve never met a dog that shouldn’t be at a dog park. Note: “med-small” is kind of subjective, but if I can throw a ball without much effort (former outfielder in high school, still pretty decent arm) & hit the far fence of a dog park, that’s on the smaller size to me lol."

"I live near this park. It's small but convenient. Sadly, most people don't obey leash law outside the park which contributes to fence aggression for all those who live bordering the park."

"Great dog park. My pupper loves it. We discovered it a few.momths ago and come about once a week to let her run and play with other doggos. There are 2 febced in aread. A big dog side and. Sma dog side. Small dog side has less area but more grass. Big dog side has a tube, ramp and hurdle for the dogs. So far all other dogs on the big dog side have been friendly."

"The fenced area is fairly good. There are some agility toys. No fountain, and gravel footing though. The larger area of the park is partially fenced and serves as a disc golf course. It was not busy, and I found some neighbors letting dogs chase squirrels in the woods."
