Court, the owner, performed a site survey and provided us a proposal for a Generac generator before he left our house. He was very professional, explained what was being proposed and why (sizing) and answered all questions. He was very professional and friendly. When we elected to go with 4 Green Power Systems, we were scheduled within the month, and the install team arrived and completed the job as scheduled.
