"This is actually a very nice place to go hiking. I have not tried it during hunting season, but it seems to be lightly used and the trails are pretty well-maintained. Parking is iffy, the "lot" can only hold maybe 2 cars. When you hike up the hill (past all the rocks), you'll reach a small clearing that opens into 4 separate trails. The trail to the far left is out and back, and quite short. The next trail (middle) is actually a loop trail that ultimately leads back to the clearing. Total distance is about 1.5 miles if you follow that loop. I would definitely call it a moderate hike as far as difficulty, there are a few parts that are quite steep and it is a lot of uphill hiking. Very rocky and slippery at points. All in all, a fun and satisfying hike. Dog friendly!"

"This is a small but beautiful wildlife conservation area. I was here taking a tour of adjacent property. It is in an area of rugged hilltop terrain. Most of the area is deep ravines, but the views when you can see through the trees are stunning! I do not know how getting into this area is without using adjacent property, but it is a nice wilderness area."
