"I wish you could give less than one star. I called this company and spoke with the rudest customer service rep I've ever spoken with. She talked over me, wouldn't let me ask any questions and hung up the phone. When I asked to speak with someone else I was told there was nobody else I could speak with. I called back after I was so rudely hung up on then the call went to a voicemail message. I called back again from another number and the same thing happened. I would never recommend this company based solely on this experience. I was contacting them for a grieving family member, what type of compassion is that for an insurance company that sells life insurance. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!"
