"I'm going through the immigration process and it is a scary topic but this guys were amazing! Dianeth is a very kind person who knows her stuff and will be very authentic and honest with her answers about your situation, she took the time to explain to me each step of the process and make sure I understood and was comfortable with it, and after submitting the application she has always been there for every question that comes up on the way which is a huge help. I was there again 2 days ago to renew my work permit and they have adapted their office to be safe against COVID-19 so it's good to know that they are always on top of their game. After my experience with them I always refer my friends who need assistance as well and will continue to. I am sure I will be coming back to Dianeth for all future needs."

"My name is Patricia and I needed a close location to get fingerprinted for an upcoming job I went to this location at 10 am this morning. I wasn't sure if it was open so I called the number on the door. Someone answered immediately. I let them know I have an appointment to be fingerprinted. She told me they are open and taking people one at a time and please wait outside. I understood. It is happening everywhere. I was only outside briefly until a women let a gentleman out and held the door open for me to enter. As, I entered the location it was clean! I hate dirty places. She closed the door behind me and asked if I had my paperwork/email etc and 2 forms of ID. She asked that I place them on her desk. I did so. There was a safety partition shield in front of her desk for our protection. She accepted all my information and then asked me to place my items down on the chair so that I can get fingerprinted. She walked me through what was the easiest process ever! I have to tell you, it was fun! I almost wanted her job and to do this all day :-) Savannah was the young lady's name. I hope I spelled it correctly was very professional and had interpersonal skills. Soft-spoken and elegant. I felt like I was in a very nice doctor's office. I give her 5 stars for disinfecting the machine before and after I used it. Also, spraying my hands after I was done. Savannah had on gloves and a mask the whole time!! Con-tactless Service. After the fingerprinting she took a picture of me. I asked her if they came out cute! (LOL) I was actually serious. She smiled and said, the camera isn't that great and it is for office purposes only. I hate how I look with my glasses off any, she was being very nice and I like to have personality. Although, my short story seems like I been there for hours, this process only lasted 15 minutes and that was only because I was telling Savannah and the other lady (I think was the Manager) that there are bad reviews associated with this location. I let them know that I was a little weary of picking this location because of that. I let her know I will put in a review because the location is very clean and a great office. They thanked me for that. I felt like it was necessary and they had great energy. Often, people that are having a bad day will try to ruin it for others. I worked as a Customer Service Specialist for a few years and working with the public is difficult. So, please if you need fingerprinting this is a great place! You will be in and out. The Woodside area felt safe. I live in Eastern LI, so I was taking a gamble. What more can you ask for? Again, thanks US Home Services for providing wonderful service during this pandemic time. WE all need it."
