"Exceptionally welcoming with quick service. Although we forgot to reserve seats for 20 people, they quickly accommodated us. The food was delicious, fresh, and crispy. We’re so impressed with the service, especially since it was my first time dining there."
"We came in around early 6pm for dinner and the restaurant was unusually crowded. I went to the bathroom and saw their slogan: “best bbq in town”, ok we’ll see. We got some chicken and pork skewers just to see if check their claim. This is not your Texan bbq, not the same flavor profile but it is amazing tasting, must be some find of Filipino local vasing bbq sauce. We also ordered some recommended Filipino dish, whole fried milk fish, vegetable soup with whole pampino fish, pork and vegetable peanut sauce stir fry, a dish called sisig, chewy collagen with seasoning. Somehow all the flavors just made sense, pampino was buttery but balanced out by the crunchy vegetable and hearty broth, milk fish was deboned and fried to perfection. All dipping sauce were fine but their shrimp paste, might be an acquired taste for some is just exquisite and full of umami. With my limited knowledge of Filipino food, we ordered some lumpia and lechon which are parts of a platter. We should have known when we ordered the fried milk fish, they are crunchy, fried to perfection. Although the lechon wasn’t what i expected, it far exceed our expectation, again, crunch! We ended up ordering extra bbq for late night hotel snack to say the least. My the time we asked for the cheque around 730, the restaurant was completely filled with a long line out the door. We recommend that you come early to avoid the line."
"Loved the bbq chicken & pork. The halo halo was delicious. My waiter Jerome was very accommodating and charismatic. Will definitely come back to try more food. Love the atmosphere. Very comfortable seating and spacious."
"A Filipino culinary haven tucked away in Jackson Heights, offering an exquisite journey into the heart of Philippine flavors. The intimate setting and friendly ambiance create the perfect backdrop for a nice dining experience with friends."
