"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at 24 Hour Fitness Valleystream. As a member for over six years, I have witnessed a steady decline in the quality of this gym. The equipment is constantly breaking down and instead of fixing or replacing it, the staff seems to turn a blind eye. One of the most frustrating aspects is the lack of essential equipment. The gym used to have a sufficient number of assault bikes and rowers, but now they have none. It is incredibly inconvenient and disappointing to arrive at the gym only to find that the equipment I rely on for my workouts is no longer available. Furthermore, the broken equipment is rarely fixed. I have reported numerous issues with machines, only to see them remain out of order for weeks or even months. This neglect shows a complete lack of concern for the members' experience and their commitment to maintaining a functional and safe environment. The lack of proper upkeep extends beyond the equipment. Weights are never racked and are scattered all over the gym. Not only is this a safety hazard, but it also creates a chaotic and disorganized atmosphere. It is frustrating to spend a significant amount of time searching for the weights I need, especially when I am paying for a gym membership. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the facility is appalling. The gym is now dirty and unkempt, with trash left lying around and uncleaned areas. It is disheartening to witness such a decline in the cleanliness standards of a gym I once enjoyed visiting. To add insult to injury, the annual maintenance fee that I am required to pay has become a complete waste. It is evident that the funds from this fee are not being utilized for the maintenance and improvement of the gym. Instead, it feels like an unnecessary expense that only serves to further frustrate members. After enduring years of declining quality, I have made the difficult decision to leave as a customer. It is disheartening to see a gym I once enjoyed and relied on become a shadow of its former self. I can no longer justify paying for a membership that does not provide the equipment, cleanliness, and overall experience that I expect and deserve."

"On my 2nd year membership and I think I’m just about over this place. Literally it does not matter what time of day you come- all of the equipment is being used even if it’s occupied by someone doing video production for social media. Im so over it all. Can’t even workout because the gym sells more memberships than what the gym has the capacity for. It’s sucks this is within my neighborhood and I can’t even use it. Let’s not even get started on the number of equipment that does not work properly work or the people that steal the equipment. Ongoing issues man ."

"Gym is filthy and bathroom are gross and have mold, equipment is broken and heard from staff that once the lease is up they are not renewing so its all a waste for this membership! Also all their responses on the reviews are generic (copy & paste, they don't do anything about it) plenty of staff have left already! Don't waste your money!"

"Pros about this Gym location Pro: Open 24hrs, may be convenient to your location of living, not too many/no TikTok heads in there recording themselves lift wrong, more friendly gym heads in there than none Cons: It is dirty, almost every piece of equipment(Treadmill/Stairmaster/Bicycle's) is broken ruining your workout, weights are scattered everywhere or just missing, majority of the time the paper towels and disinfectant spray is empty or missing, no 'Silver' membership option which makes you feel like you’re paying that much for a..not so good time. Literally only join this Gym location if its close to you and if you don't mind dealing with the Cons. y'all stay hydrated tho."

"The only good thing about this gym is that it is open 24 hours. The manager is non- responsive and has been caught in lies . The machines are often broken and the place of FILTHY. They need to have someone cleaning 24 hours. They need to replace the old equipment. I attend A 24 HOUR Planet Fitness in Florida and that gym, which is much cheaper , is spotless. This gym is a disgrace and unfortunately, I feel that 24 Hour Fitness would not maintain the gym poorly in a white neighborhood."
