However, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The most significant issue has been the delay in completing my amended tax return. Despite multiple follow-ups via email, I have not received any updates or responses from Shelvin for the past few months. This lack of communication has been extremely frustrating. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, the complete lack of responsiveness from Shelvin is unacceptable.
