"This complaint is against Charles Frazier, Jesse Frazier, our advisors, and Royal Alliance. On 2/21/2023 my wife and I signed papers to change our accounts to a more secure type of account. We feel if this process was going to take more than a couple days, 1) we should have been told ahead of time and 2) if we were told we could have taken actions to secure the value of our accounts. Over the course of 30 days, we were asked to sign and/or initial additional paperwork 3 times. It felt like our monies were being held hostage. Our advisor gave several excuses from the death of a family to Royal Alliance dragging their feet. During this period the value of our accounts took a severe decline in value. Avoiding losses to our account values was the very reason we were making this change. Our advisor failed at his fiduciary duties. We only ask to be reimbursed what was loss due to their failures."
