"This business is a scam. Do not use them! I bought their Pro package last year for $1000, which includes both the financial planning essential services and equity compensations. Their entire review was trying to earn referral fees or sell insurances to me. Yisha, the co-founder, spent half of the final review meeting to claim we did our tax returns wrong and thus need another CPA to amend it. She then spent the other half trying to sell us long-term care insurances. I suspected the referred CPA could be of a scam and instead I had an independent CPA to review my tax returns again and it turns out Yisha was completely misleading me. Worst part was that she tricked me into buying the pro package, which includes reviewing the stock option compensation for my husband. They did not mention anything about it in the review meeting, sent me a checklist of things that has nothing to do with my husband's stock option terms, and repeatedly refused to send us the review results. Yisha even cancelled my requested meeting and stopped replying emails requesting work product that we have paid for. If you have no idea about your finances and just want someone to scam you, then try their service. Otherwise, stay away and save the hard earned $$$!"
