"The worst red star og in NYC. The customer service is the worst I've experienced in literal years. The workers don't answer the phone, they leave the store for long periods of time without a notice or anything. A bunch of conflicting signs on the front saying "bell doesn’t work, knock 1st" but the workers will get mad at you for knocking and waiting out the door when the sign literally says to do that. But there's this one guy who downright AWFUL and should never work in any customer service job in any capacity. He's the black dude with the messed up hair, bloodshot red eyes and smells musty. When you go in the store he will stare you up and down as if you're not supposed to buy anything in the store. Will get mad at you for looking at the menu for even a couple of seconds even though his lazy self won't pick up the phone or tell you what's on the menu, and acts like making a transaction by debit/credit card is a lot of work for him and will say things to you like "you're getting me tight" while huffing and puffing like a teenage girl with an attitude flinging your cards back to you. I think hes also mentally impaired as theres multiple times during a transaction he would blank out and stare into space randomly so he can finish watching his netflix show he can easily rewind back. He's clearly miserable because this is the only type of job he can qualify for since every other job will require him not to leave his post for hours at a time and will expect more of him than just making a debit card transaction. I didn't know a dude who can be high all the time would always have such a nasty attitude all the time too, clearly he's lazy af and don't wanna work nowhere. I highly recommend either the jerome location or the melrose location instead, but if you want your vibe to get killed because a worker that chose to do this job doesn't want to do it and act like your the bad guy for just wanting to buy weed, come to the boston road location"

Dude got mad at me and my friend for asking about the products they had on the board. Fire this guy immediately, until than I'm going to Jerome or melrose ave locations, they're better"
