"It's very frustrating when you post your hours and then when I arrive the stores closed. If your not going to be open then change your hours.. this was a massive inconvenience for me and this is not the first time .. please respect other people's time. It's a half hour before you close and the doors are locked ... I'm soo pissed I wasted my time drove 30 mins to come here. I was there at 8pm and your store was closed... Sooo if your going to close early it would be nice if you just updated your hours accordingly. This isn't the first time."

"Employees do not have adequate training on identifying IDs. I came in with an out of state ID and an employee named Taylor gave me an extremely hard time for no reason. My ID is valid, and if her training was "proper" as she stated to me I wouldn't have been kicked out of the store. She let me come in and shop, then when I was finished and at the counter, she refused to let me purchase my items because she didn't "feel comfortable" with my id. The whole experience was extremely unprofessional, assuming my ID was fake when she clearly wasn't trained on out of state IDs. I even offered to show my social security card as verification and she claimed it would do "nothing for her". Her attitude was nasty and she raised her voice. I was ready to make a nice purchase and was very satisfied with my items and the selection within the store. I will not be back, and anyone I know will not be coming here."

"Purchased an electric grinder. Was told it works well and when I went to use it, the blade constantly stopped when herb touched it. Super weak. Did absolutely nothing. Went back to exchange for something better or at least something that works and I was denied. Iv been going the the glass shop and happy habits for years I was expecting a little sympathy and was hoping to upgrade it instead. I asked for the manager that did not happen either. Super unsatisfied. I won’t be going back anymore I’ll go to NUTZ from now on."

"Staff aren't knowledgeable of their products. Wife went there for a replacement piece, gave them the info for what she needed, they sold her the wrong thing and then just shrugged their shoulders and said they don't do returns or exchanges when she went back. If you ever want your money back you'll have or go to your bank to dispute the charges for their mistake. Just wanted to exchange. Would've appreciated that thanks. Piece has the tags on it still. I'm not sure what I need to be more considerate of? You'd think when you went to a store for help that they would actually know what they're taking about and own up to their mistake when they didn't. Oh well guess not."

"Staff is amazing!!! They are very kind and try to help the best they can. The business is a total scam. Extremely low quality products for above premium prices. I bought a torch lighter that lasted all of three uses. The glass is cheap mostly non borosilicate ( to the uninformed bad glass for smoking ) that is marked up at least 200%. It’s a decent stop to grab butane refills and that’s about it."
