"Excellent experience! I have a 10 month old GSD mix who has only been to PetSmart and I don't think he had the best experience. He walked into Groomingtales a little hesitant and shy. Bella and Nikki doted over him and in just a few a minutes he was more comfortable. They let him sniff around and get acclimated before even attempting to put him on the grooming table. Bella was so patient and gentle yet clearly was experienced enough to get the job done with minimal struggle. Both ladies were accepting to me hovering around for the first few minutes to make sure Ruger would be ok. When he was comfortable (ok, maybe when I was...lol) I went out and sat in my truck for the remainder of his session and they sent me a text when he was ready. He was fluffy, clean and happy! Thank you all for such a wonderful experience...we can't wait to come back! 5 Stars all the way!"

We love being able drop off Tess for an appointment- just like people - and pick her up when she’s ready and looking beautiful. And the themed collars/bandanas are a really nice touch - this month’s orange Halloween collar even gave off a hint of pumpkin spice!"
