"This review should be 10 stars! I cannot express how happy my boyfriend and I are with Borowide! Kelly is very responsive and knowledgeable. I will admit that I was skeptical when she said that the recipients would be served within 48 hours. We were pleasantly surprised that service was completed in much less time. If anyone is looking for a process service company - do yourself a favor - use Borowide. You will not be disappointed."

"I requested service for a child support case. The process was smooth until I received an email notifying me that the summons had been served. When I read the affidavit of service, I noticed that then papers had been served to my son and not his mother. I questioned this and was told that it was fine because my son is 20 years old and lives with his mother. I took them at their word, which was a huge mistake. The hearing magistrate did not accept the affidavit of service since my son is party to the action and considered a minor child. Because of Borowide’s incompetence I will now pay at least one more month of child support. When I called to complain, I was told someone would get back to me within an hour. After 4 hours, I still had not heard back so I called again. I was told someone would get back to me shortly. That was 3 days ago and I still have not heard from them. Unfortunately, it is not possible to assign zero stars or else I would. I view Borowide personnel as incompetent and lacking in customer service. I would recommend anyone contemplating using their services to look at the next entry under “process seevers” and save themselves a headache. Use someone else... really, anyone else."

"I used Borowide Process Servers to serve my ex divorce papers. Going through a divorce is never easy but Borowide made the process simple and easy. I emailed the papers I needed served and within 24 hours they were successfully served!Seriously that quick!! No other process server has ever gotten the job done that quickly for me. Kelly who’s the manager was absolutely a pleasure to work with. She’s professional but personable and made me feel comfortable and at ease. If you’re on Staten Island and in need of a process server I really can’t see why you’d go anywhere other than Borowide!!!"

"I have used Borowide several times for service of subpoenas, Summons and Complaints, etc. Their service is exceptional. I called one morning for an emergency and they came through for me. We needed a subpoena served. Our attorney had the original So Ordered subpoena while in court on trial. Borowide sent a process server to the courthouse to pick up the subpoena in Kings County and had it served the same day in New York County. Great service. Very reliable."
