"Always does an outstanding job. Very professional and knows her dog cuts. People who give her bad reviews obviously don't convey their wants compentently or they are expecting her to coddle them. When I make an appointment I keep it or I have the courtesy to call and let her know that I will not be making it. Kim will be my groomer as long as she is in business because I know I'll always have a dog that needs a great grooming."
