"Despite all the positive reviews I actually went into this establishment a few months back to find out that they actually don't carry product, just fake stuff and their prices are ridiculous I came from the city and the prices they want for their vape pens I literally can get them for one quarter of the price elsewhere as far as actual real product go to Rochester."

"Not friendly- Selection is minimal, Chinese/mass produced - NO local artist work in shop. Pricing crazy high!! Especially in todays market, smoke shops need to be competitive and have something to offer the customer. The location is very convenient, parking is ample. Great food across the street. But when you walk into an establishment there is very little welcome, get a rushed feeling like we were bothering the worker (seemed new). 6 months now we chose to drive 7 mins further and go to a quality shop that appreciates the business. The only thing this shop has going for it is location if you’re in area- but make sure you get there during day- many times close to closing. Will be turned away."

"The little red bearded guy that works there is the absolute most unknowledgeable person to ask for even questions about coils. Oh, and expect a attitude when dealing with the little troll!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. OH AND I BOUGHT A PACK OF COILS THAT THE GUY WORKING THE PREVIOUS DAY (HE EVEN ADMITTING TO SCREWING UP), AND TOLD ME TO LET THE GUY TOMORROW KNOW........ YEAH I GOT THE LITTLE MAN WITH A BIG MAN COMPLEX!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE"

"Didn't know what to expect out of this small store front, but was pleasantly surprised to say the least. They carry a variety of quality products and the owner really knows his stuff. We'll definitely continue to purchase from them"
