"Horrible, I would give one if I could as well. I am not surprised so many reviews say that. They had delivered docs for me and I gave the global headquarters, but the people there said they could not accept it and gave them the address that it should be sent to. I wasn't even informed, I only found out as I had to call the company. The guy who answered laughed and said I would have to pay again as it was a different address. He then stated that the person who I was sending it to might be on vacation as I had to put a specific name which I express reservations about. Use United as the address that Elite was given as to where to send it to was also wrong. But United didn't charge me extra, they delivered to the right address with no issues. Elite is all about the money and charging people. Absolutely avoid ! I didn't have to give a specific person's name with United. Spend a little more and use United and not Elite and their attitudes."
