"Clean store, helpful staff. Convenient location and hours."
"Very clean store, the staff is friendly and always able to answer any questions."
"I have been to your Buffalo Rd location a few different times and have been extremely satisfied each time, with the exception just now…with Andrew. He gave me ALL the reasons why he was unhappy. Defintely not something a customer should hear on a visit. You were out of several items and that wasn’t a good shopping experience."
"Last evening I handed my mom my debit card as a vape shop was on the way to where she was going. I I asked her to just stop in and ask someone if they have anything similar to a uwell crown 2 starter mod kit, mine just died out on me after 6 months. They didn’t have that or a newer one, but had a stick type of vape device, apparently it was made by Uwell and it cost $97.00. Now the only stick mod I know was ever any popular was the Smok and Prince Sticks. Good products. Didn’t require you to purchase a battery after paying for the $50-$100 starter kit. I’d still have one if I hadn’t lost it last summer on a beach at night. More importantly wouldn’t a slow buisness offer to sell you a battery since it’s sold separately and they sell them? Different types and sizes? Accessories for the batteries? Sounds like an obvious sales pitch that had it been made I wouldn’t be leaving this review. Instead it was never mentioned. I opened the box that night, and couldn’t use the $97 vape kit (stick). Most vape stores offer you at least a discount on juice or something for less. Today I went in and after speaking the store rep had no intention of giving me a buy one battery ($7) get one even half off deal. So as I know I can find a better deal online and my buisness isn’t appreciated I return it. It’s been only about 16 hours and as the power source is missing, never used/primed/turned on at all. “On the receipt it says we do not except returns but I’ll see what I can do let me ask my boss” FYI in the state of NY yes return laws are lax, but that’s not lax when you can only point out to your “no reason 0 return policy” on the receipt after it’s been purchases. Hopefully being closed they simply forgot to put any signs clearly but honestly I doubt it. Mad hatters, The Vape Shop, anywhere you go in Rochester will not give you a hard time if all you did was slide the sleeve down and open the lid of the box and it wasn’t what you were expecting. Had it been handled professionally, not like I had to just get over it, or hey if they batteries were mentioned to begin with.. I wouldn’t care. It’s the lies. He came back with a receipt that says $-97.20 store credit. If this was their copy I’d probably not have thrown it away, but a customer copy that doesn’t balance out and just has a $-97.20 and store credit on it with a supposed account I have with them, no username. No password. Phone number. Just a piece of paper. I should have left with it but I didn’t because I’ll be on the phone with my bank tomorrow, and I use capital one so I know I’ll get my money back. I just hope someone reads this and before going in, don’t just trust this specific store to follow basic consumer and sales guidelines. Don’t know the name of the guy but he was working 5/31/20 late a.m/early afternoon."
"The Guy that works there is very helpful. But i bought a 37.00 dollar product and it was i believe defected. Needless to say oil was coming out of it through the mouth piece and soon all over my purse . So my purse wore 37.00. I went in to the store to make them aware & see what they can do. I get a sorry and he will let the boss know. Well on that note i will not spend another dollar at this location or maybe any location. Very disappointing i spend alot of money to just get a sorry when none of this was caused by my doing:( Sad cause i thought i found a new place to shop and the employee was great. But 37.00 dollars alot to throw out and not be able to use product."
