"I have always taken my dog here to take his nails clipped with no problem. However the last 3 times I have tried to make an appointment I either never received a call back or it took over a week and had to take him elsewhere. Today after leaving 3 messages in the past few days I was advised there is only 1 groomer in and rarely 2 at a time so they were not comfortable doing his nails. I don’t understand it takes all of 4 minutes at the most to do his nails. Don’t really know what is going on there but unhappy."

Also, she lets me know when my dogs nails need to be checked at the vet which is super helpful. I always feel comfortable knowing my baby is left in the hands of a person who truly cares about the wellbeing of animals."
