"I recently moved to the area and have been looking for a good groomer where my pup can feel comfortable as he tends to be skiddish. When i returned to pick him up, the staff was slightly rude, asking me if i ever get him groomed (he gets groomed every 2-3 months). She said she asked because he doesn't handle grooming very well. A week later i realized they had cut my baby and didn't tell me about it. There are scabs under both his arms, one cut looks like it was pretty deep. I wouldn't be so angry if they had told me about it, mistakes happen. My search for a good groomer in the Hyde Park area continues as i will not be bringing him back to best pals."
