"Leased a "new" machine from this company and in the last 12 months, we have had at least six service calls. The machine is clearly faulty, and the owner has had to "order parts" for the machine on at least three occasions. What "new" machine needs this many replacement parts? Tim Lapine, the owner, has been smug, rude, and condescending in his approach to this situation. He has accused our company of using the wrong paper (which we have not), using the wrong labels (which we have not), and even saying we misrepresented how much we were using the machine. Our lease guarantees us 36 months of service or 36K copies---whichever comes first. Well, that averages 12K copies per year. We've had this lease since June 2021 and have not even reached 10K copies. Additionally, we have purchased two small printers to offset use of the copier and we have still had all of these issues. And I won't even go into the cost of having to take almost every print job of significance to Staples because we can't guarantee the quality of the print. I strongly advise against doing business with this company and, certainly, do not fall for the option of their leasing program. It is, without a doubt, one of the most dishonest aspects of this company and that is without regards to the unprofessional owner, incompetent technicians, and overall lack of skill in their work."

"Disrespectful, not looking to do a job properly but to add billing hours. We most certainly had numerous dealings with them and have a credit card statement to prove that. However their Tim Lapine wrote a review of our office while never being a patient of our practice. we have already consulted an attorney and after the California decision for a photographer libeled by customers, we will be launching a law suit directly against Mr. Lapine if he does not correct his fictitious claims on our website, as well as admit what a poor job they did for me. The California photographer just won 1 million and we are a far larger company damaged by his made up accusation."
