Answered all my questions and options for my delivery. Store was neat and clean. Had a positive experience there. Can’t wait to get my furniture it was exactly what I was looking for and was a great price."

"It took 4 tables to get a replacement on my patio table using the warranty. it was one of the worst experiences i ever had after spending thousands of dollars. horrible quality . Not to mention i had a wrought iron bar stool replaced and matching table that also was fixed because it was extremely wobbly . the corporate office was not very responsive either! all they did was keep sending me back to the store. The store mgr did help me with all of this, but this is a Fortunoff issue and they went way down hill! update after seeing the reply from the business i not hopeful i will hear back considering i already contacted corporate and they just disregarded my concerns by never receiving a call back.
