"The store was unorganized. I took up some spiral books in the that were stocked with a $0.35 ea. pricing, I mean lots of boxes stacked under the that price. when I went to the register the books were $2.49 ea.. I ask the manager to do a courtesy price adjustment he said No, and walked away."

"Richie and Ararad were extremely helpful and accommodating after I experienced an issue with a print pickup order at another location. They handled my print job in an extremely timely manner and did everything they could to make this issue right for me despite not being the store that caused the issue. I truly appreciate all of their help and will definitely be returning! 5 stars all across the board!"

"The customer service at the returns section works slower than a snail! I just had to return a retail item, and it only required scanning a bar code and getting a return coupon.The whole process took forever!! The staff at the counter were the least enthusiastic and lazy bummers I have seen anywhere.A particular female associate had no "joy"whatsoever in her service and looked like she worked there out of despair !! There were so many people waiting and they weren't enough courteous enough to ask what it is for and how long before they would be available for the required service.They simply kept looming around the store looking at random stuff and completely ignoring the people in the queue.Thank God for a really sweet woman who was waiting just as us announcing she wouldn't mind if we wanted us to ask them questions or get our stuff done! Horrible customer service! I am never returning to this deplorable place."

"Excellent customer service. Their staff was very attentive, assisted me in finding the item I was looking for that was no where to be found in their display section. He went above and beyond by going to their stock room and came back with my treasured item. This is the real act of kindness and 101% customer service. Highly recommending this Staples store. Kudos to their employees."
