"Dishonest. I called for a keg of Coors Vanquet a week ahead of a family party. It was a special request by the main guest, end of summer party, figured a week's notice was enough time. This is the timeline: Saturday: I call to schedule it, and I'm told I have to speak to the boss, who will be there the next day. Sunday: I call and speak to the manager, because apparently only he can schedule this. I've already left my number, from the day before. I am told they will have the keg there Tuesday, and they will put my name on it so it doesn't get sold. Tuesday: I call, and no one knows what I am talking about. It didn't come in on the truck, I'm told it was an oversight, they'll have it Wednesday. Wednesday: Nope. Try Thursday. Thursday: Nope, but it's on the way. If it isn't on the Friday truck, they're driving to get it in the morning, and they'll have it. Friday: Nope. But now, the guys are saying they were never going to drive and get it. The distributor didn't have any Coors Banquet to begin with. Okay, so then be honest. If the distributor didn't have it, then they knew that from the beginning. Don't lie to me. I had one day ahead of the party to find something. I could have searched other areas for it, if I had known they couldn't get it. Unreal."

"We ordered a quarter keg over a week ago and 4 days ago Latham Beverage called us and confirmed the supplier had it. This morning (day before pickup) they call back saying the supplier didn't have our keg but that they would give a discount on any other kegs available. We were bummed but a discount sounded like a reasonable solution. As we are discussing which keg to pick with the store clerk, the owner is heard in the background telling the clerk to tell us that he won't give us a discount because it's the suppliers fault and not his. The fact of the matter is that now our plans are messed up since no other place has our beer with a turnaround of 1 day... As a business owner, blaming the supplier is a massive cop out. You are the business owner, make it right with the customer who you inconvenienced and then chew out the supplier and make some changes. Great job on losing a customer. I will be sharing this experience with all of my friends at the party tomorrow.. The one that will have a keg from another business (who was very very accommodating!) Latham bev could have made it right with a discount but "it's not our fault". Good luck in the future bro..."

"This place has a huge selection of beer. Tons of brands that I never heard of with higher alcohol content. Guys that work there are great. They rounded up loose cans into a 12pack. One of the many times I have been there. Try their sister liquor store in the other door entrance. Plenty of parking with 2 exits. Good prices & plenty of inventory."
