"So I understand leaving a review is for the storefront, but that store operates for VapeMoreInc and storefront. I came across VapeMoreInc a few years ago, decided to place an order and see how it went, after my first ever order from there, I had an issue regarding that order and I was emailed back within 2 days and they were able to help me and do everything possible to fix the issue. So over the past several years I have placed many more orders with them. BUT... I don't know what is going on, almost the past I would say 6 to 8 months my last three or four most recent orders, I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with their customer service, not shipping out an order for almost a week and a half with no explanation and them claiming that most orders are shipped same day, emailing regarding questions and emailing regarding my orders probably a good total 10 plus emails within the past 6 to 8 months with zero response. It's just like they stopped caring and shows zero customer satisfaction like they used to, unfortunately. I will now have to start looking somewhere else to purchase all of my vaping needs. Until Vape more goes back to the way they used to do business, I will no longer continue to purchase from this company. Until then, I highly recommend you go somewhere else."
