"Ordering on the website is a problem. I order on line so my wife can just pickup on way home and normally it works. Lately it won’t take cards online. My wife had same issue and so did a friend. The nice clerk told me they have heard it from other customers. So why don’t they fix it if it’s a known problem? People are nice and work hard I love that they bring it out to car for my wife. Alll good but stupid online system"

"Terrible service, I am a young professional that wanted to get a bottle of cider for a gift and they refused to serve me because I “looked too young” even though I had my ID with me and showed them that. As I left the staff yelled at me. The staff were very rude to me as well. If you want to support a business that respects its customers do not go here. Edit: nobody in my party was rude or belligerent to the staff, I don’t understand why you feel the need to lie in your reply instead of learning from the situation so you may improve. The majority of your staff were very kind but the one male cashier yelled at me as I was leaving the store and was overall very rude."

"Poor experience. While the store is nice and selection is good, when asking the supervisor why the store would not accept a digital ID from AZ, the response was not good. I simply wanted an understanding as to why they would not accept it, in which the response given was “we can get cops here if you really want to know” “we’ll call the cops and you could talk to them”. How about just talking to me to help me understand. Wasn’t trying to cause a scene but they were immediately hostile to my questioning"
