"Loved goin to this store after work but I think your cashiers are getting slower. What happened to packing the groceries after being scanned? Your cashiers are handling the groceries twice and they have no idea how to bag them. My 2nd review since it's not letting me post. Do deli associates stop waiting on customers after 4??? While waiting to be waited on, associate continued to make, wrap n bring out product to display case stood rite next me but totally ignored me. He went back to his station, picked up the rest of his stuff and went to the other side of the deli and continued working. WTH??? I left."

"This top’s doesn’t care about their employees they let the assistant manager of the deli do as he wants employees come in late as they please. The assistant manger of the deli named Jeff acts like a child cry’s when he doesn’t get his own way and prepares food with no gloves and refuses to help customers on the deli side. Yet higher management doesn’t care their break room is soo gross it makes a truck stop restroom look perfect. They also only clean their slicers in deli every couple of days they let gross food build up."
"I went grocery shopping the other day and all that was open was the self checkout and when you have a cart full it sucks also the person working had a attitude and was very rude you should be able to ring up your stuff and bag it but no you can't cause you take your stuff off it needs a manager override and they get mad and rude to you"
"TOPS is great but why is the customer service desk closing at 6pm? It use to be 9pm and the one in Farmington closes at 9pm still. The inconsistency with hours is annoying especially for people who work 12hr shifts and can’t get money orders for their bills after work."
