"The lady was really nice and patient. She also was very knowledgeable about the situation. I didn't give 5 stars because it is never a good feeling or situation to pay back a bill I am not responsible for. This could've been resolved and paid for during the first bank. There was a glitch with them with the card because it expired and I didn't realize it till lata few months later, but they didn't contact me about it until it was out of their hands. To me that's bad business. No one wants a collection agency to harass them. Just want to pay the bill owed in the first place . And SRS harassed me every day by calling 3-4 times a day, and we're very very rude. You would think I owed them personally."
