EG Tax

"I had an appt @ EG Tax in derby for 3:30 and they kept pushing it back over and over again for one reason or another. I finally got seen at approx 8pm. It took all of 20 minutes to do 2 yrs of taxes of which I only have 1 or two W2's. It's so simple I could've done it but I choose not to, so I trusted a girl named Nicole Mercado, and an older woman who's name I didn't catch. I nearly fainted when they told me I owed almost $300 dollars, that apparently had no fees for filing one year late. I couldn't afford to pay both years worth(on the day of the deadline), so I paid one and was assured I could get a hold of them to file my other year and there would be no penalties, and not to worry. I CANT GET A HOLD OF THEM, AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING A WEEK AND A HALF LATER. On top of that, they sent me out of the office with a post-it note that had their fees for each year written on it. No documents of any kind. They even kept all four copies of both of my W2's. I can't even check the status of my returns because I need certain information that I did NOT get, and should have. I'm furious at this! It was so unprofessional, a TOTAL RIP OFF on the fees, and I shouldn't be sitting here wondering if I got scammed with the returns, one of which isn't even filed, and I went thru HELL to make the deadline! My information is out there, God knows where and I don't even know what it says. It's a total HEPA violation of privacy and I'm looking into the proper attorneys to handle this matter. I want my money back from filing, and I want my returns in my bank account. I also want 6hrs of life life back that got wasted while I waited, and waited, just to get possibly conned. I've been going to EG Tax for years, and never had an issue even remotely close to this with them but rest assured, I will NEVER use their services again. Attached is all I left EG Tax with."
