"Friendly when they are not busy. Otherwise, no one even says hi to you. The shock sold here always leaks. It had caused damage beware to bring something to protect your car and clothes. If you don't have your discount email, they will not apply it even if you have a member account with your email. Bad internet in the store so have it before you go to make it easier. They carry most products but not many options in parts."

"These guys are awesome free water tests and they don't over sell you. My pool is religiously around 90% and if lower off by degrees."

"The only really good thing about Leslie's was that they were always open during business hours and weekends and had the parts in stock that you most likely needed. Now they are apparently only open a few days per week, and their voicemail message does not reflect the new hours. I need to replace a PVC pipe connector and wasted my time going to two of their locations today. They lost a customer."

"When 6 other stores, companies and services let me down, I was thankful that I found this specific location through a Facebook recommendation. We had recently purchased an inflatable hot tub and have no clue how to maintain it. I spoke on the phone with Adnan the manager about my struggles to get assistance and even though I went on his day off to the store, associate Scott taught us absolutely everything we would need to know.
