"Good gym. Been coming here for years. But the doors are supposed to open at 6am. This *doesn’t* happen often enough that it has become an issue for me. At least once a week, consistently, no one shows up to open the doors until at least 6:30 (not sure what time they do show up - 30 mins is all I’m willing to waste)."

"Very poorly maintained. Right when I became a member , this sauna burst into flames . Not a single member was courteously notified, everybody including myself had to find out the hard way whether they are open or not . Upon calling the gym , you’re prompted to a voicemail that notifies you the gyms closure until thanksgiving. Now days after thanksgiving and still no sign of opening let alone courteous notification of ongoing construction or potential opening date . Now they’ve changed their voicemail to inform they’re opening December 4th . Everybody who paid for the month of November better be compensated accordingly . If it wasn’t for the sauna there is no point in visiting this gym for me. The demeaning customer service and maintenance needs to stop . This is not how a proper business/fitness facility should be run . Quite the contrary actually , if anything this place is an example of what NOT to do for aspiring business owners. Steer clear of this one for now . I will update this review if any reputable worth-noting changes are made . Otherwise the owners can kick rocks"

"Falling apart and old. Spackle on the walls for months. Treadmills that don’t work. Mirrors broken, ones that they replaced don’t fit on wall. Equipment is run down and maintenance clearly is non existent. Now they are closed with no posting or notification to members. Hear an electrical fire, if the shoe fits…."

"I went to rejoin here tonight, but instead I was denigrated and told I was not allowed to. A bunch of years ago when I was a member, I had initially signed up with a credit card, then I cancelled that credit card due to fraud, and told them to use the new one - which I gave to them. Instead they kept billing the old one, after three months they found the mistake and assessed me a bunch of absurd fees. I offered to pay for the missed payments for membership but not the fees since they were at fault. Instead of meeting a customer half way after they made a mistake, they decided to ban me. And I brought cash to pay in full for the year tonight, their loss, and had they asked me to pay for the past balance, at this point in my life I would have. Therefore, they are getting this review, and, when I have more time, I will review their other locations to prevent their incompetence from negatively affecting current or potential clients. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves."
