"Awful experience. The repair tech was explicitly told what parts were not working: a valve and the pump. He left after stating the pump was fine. Two days later he had to come back to fix the pump and charged for the service again. The tech then left without turning back on the outdoor breaker and had to come back a third time. Despite the tech saying it was his fault, on our Ring Camera, we were charged for a third service charge. It is hard to tell if the negligence was accidental or by design (to necessitate him coming back multiple times) but a simple replacement valve and pump part should not take three visits and $500. Also, if you are using this service, have a camera that keeps track of the time. The tech wildly over estimates his time on site. ***update following response from owner*** I have, on camera, the technician saying "oh my bad, I forgot to switch the electric back on when I finished". He was there for 10 minutes, again on camera, checking that the leak was fixed because he did not stay to check the second time he was there. To eveeyone reading this: there are so many places to get your hot tub repaired. Look at the comments on yelp and google - there are many people who habe had the same experience (over 1 in 3 people who have used them - we cannot all be wrong). I am an attorney and will be initiating a Civil Court case against Pool and Spa Guys as they charged me for a bill after I told them they were not authorized to charge me for and now have to have a separate spa tech come to finish the repairs after Pool and Spa Guys were there 3 times. The Owner can say whatever he likes hear - but will not be able to dispute a video tape in court. I took the time to reply because I truly hate deceptive businesses and do not want anyone to have to deal with the same thing my wife and I have.
