"They will not answer any questions and direct you to the installer. I would suggest having an expert installer because you will be left hung out to dry by biodesign. They will not work with you, period... It makes me wonder just how good Biodesign trains their installers. Worst 60 grand I ever spent! To put it bluntly. Atleast on my pool the finish is just shot, it's so pourus that debris is caught in it. It will NOT come out. I have done everything I'm supposed to and have not added chemicals but the pool finish has clearly dulled none the less... with 110 degree Farenheit conditions in Texas an algae plumb started and I think it's underneath the material, no one knows how to get it out... it may have been my installer and the shotty finish but dont look to biodesign usa they will not help you."
