"Experience definitely depends on location. We're in Texas and had our pool installed 2 years ago. Install went perfectly. This year, our motor bearing went out in the pump and Kayak was very easy to deal with in getting a new motor quickly."

"Install was delayed by almost a month. Customer service is terrible and they don’t return calls and no manager is available. Pool was purchased in June of 2020 and cover took over a month to receive. Found a rock under the liner after install was complete and kayak pools refused to fix. Also noticed mason sand coming out from under pool walls, causing liner to sink and separate from track. The warranty is a joke and your lucky if you can even get a response from customer service. They inflate the cost so much the warranty is prorated and you still end up paying top dollar for defective workmanship. Please avoid kayak pools at all cost. I have contacted them several times over the past few months and they never return calls and management is always out to lunch or in a meeting."
