"Do NOT trust these people. My summer was ruined, and so was my pool. They did not provide me with the product that they sold me. They do not communicate and just show up unannounced. Horrible customer service and poor workmanship."

"I called this place as their website states they service the area I live in, specifically it mentioned cleanings. I explained my situation and the person was nice enough, but elaborated that they don't cleanings in this area. Ok, good to know. So I mentioned "Oh! So, I'm calling you because your website says you do this in this area. You may want to clean that up so you don't get confused people like me calling. She basically rushed me off the phone at the point by saying "YEAH OK WE DON'T GET A LOT OF CALLS FROM THERE ANYWAY WE'RE FINE". Neat! So, not gunna fix the issue that caused this, and super rude on the way out. Put a bad taste in my mouth, and for my friends who DO live in and around your primary service areas, I'll be sure to tell them this story."

"I have called for over a month to schedule warranty work and have yet to receive a call back. Started to call weekly and still nothing. I suppose Jeff is so busy that ha cannot return a simple phone call. Absolutely terrible costumer service. Do not recommend"

"A friend referred me to Leisure Craft in 2015 when I bought my home. Service was good for the first few years. When they lost “Andrew” service issues began. First issue, they opened the pool, left a message that I’d need to call to schedule a service call to repair the heater. Upon inspection the technician failed to turn on the gas. This year the heater fired and then shut down. Called Joe in service, he called back two days later. In the meantime, I read an online Hayward manual and learned they failed to open the bypass valve. The technician replied he was not familiar with Hayward heaters. When you call service, you get excuses, not solutions. I called and spoke to Joe in service and reviewed the deficiencies in the services that I was paying for. I discussed the various problems and sloppy workmanship. Joe’s replied that I have too many complaints, go find another company to service your pool. I was shocked at his reply. I wrote a letter to Sarah, sent the letter with full payment, after Joe offered a credit for chemicals. Leisure Time took full payment, never addressed the credit or the issues detailed in my letter."
