"I live in Maryland and placed my order on a Friday morning. The store called me right away because two of the wines in my order were out of stock and the representative helped me select alternatives. They also managed to ship out my order the same day and it arrived Sunday morning. Really tremendous customer service. Well done!"

"I should be given the option to give this company "0" stars. I saw on their website a bottle of Scotch I wanted to buy and their site said they deliver super fast. And for the $18 shipping charge, I thought they would. Anyway, I placed an online order on Mon., 11/16. On Thurs., 11/19 I called them since I had not received an email saying it shipped. The girl on the phone was VERY rude and nonchalant in speaking with me. She said that they didn't have it in stock and had to order it. When I told her it would have been nice to let me know that right away, she said, "yeah, I guess I should have called you or emailed to let you know", with a 'whatever' attitude. She proceeded to tell me they will ship it next week and when I pressed her for a date, she couldn't give me one. I said, "So, I guess I should cancel my order?" And she said, "I can cancel it". To which I replied, "No, I guess I will wait now". But then I tried to negotiate my $18 shipping charge and she wouldn't budge, saying it would be shipped. I finally hung up. I checked my email and this chick had canceled my ordered!! So, I called back again. This time I got a very nice guy who put me on hold a couple of times to only tell me that they cancelled my order because they didn't know when it was coming in. I was flabbergasted and asked him WHY do they advertise items on their website that is not in stock??? Or at least let a customer know right away if they don't have it?? Moral of this review, that will hopefully help someone else, is to call in your order with this company because they obviously do not know how to run an online business."
