"It was our pleasure to happen upon this gem in Industry City. As I do whenever I step into a wine/spirits establishment, I asked the proprietor, Caroline, whether she had any vegan wines. To my surprise, she responded in the affirmative, emphasizing the importance of knowing which wines are fined with fish bladders, for example, for someone who may have fish allergies. She proceeded to show us white, red, and rose` wines from regions worldwide, helping us to select a white blend from Turkey and a rose`from Lebanon, two regions that are new to us. We highly recommend this establishment and Caroiline, who knows her wines!"
