"Update on previous review: The general manager reached out via phone and they have corrected the miscommunication. Changing my score, as well. I just bought a new home and asked the person selling the home who they used for pool service. She recommended Beauty Pools. I reached out to them to start service for me. They replied back that they have a billing dispute with the original home owner and until that person paid them they would not start service with me. ?? My opinion, this is poor (or non-existent) customer service. This is not my issue. Would not recommend them at all because of this. I am now looking for another company."

"Everyone at Beauty has been great. Our pool turned out perfect beyond expectations. Bob was great through the beginning sales stages, Matt was very thorough through construction. Bill also was nice to work with who manages maintenance once the pool is opened. All of the other employees were excellent to work with as well. B&W was also great to work with who do their concrete. Highly recommend"

"Used them for years, and they had been reliable until the last few years. Company has become miserable to deal with. I'm not sure if under new management, but they contact out the work to lazy and incompetent contractors who had 2 no shows until the third time they messed up the pool covers when closing the pool, had to call and complain to have another crew come out and fix their mistake and they threw the equipment and lawn chairs all over the lawn and left it there. Left the thermometer in the pool over winter and broke it. Over priced service and can't do the job correctly with a really bad attitude. Look anywhere else for pool openings and closings."

"This is my family's 3rd Beauty Pool in two generations! We came up with a design and Bob & Beauty Pools brought it to life far exceeding our expectations. We also had a very tight timetable due to a vacation. And they got it done ON TIME! And even watched over it while we were on vacation.
