"Buyer beware! Very quick to work out a plan for the installation. Any issues, they screen their calls and refuse to answer or return a call. Numerous issues with the installation, missing screws, the main support leg not having enough sand, so it wants to tear through the liner. Upon arrival, the town gave them a ticket for driving down the wrong streets, and magically, they added an additional $500 to the bill for wrong measurements by the home owner. Never again. I have given them plenty of time to respond and/or make these issues right. They have failed."
"Great experience. Came right when they said they would and had our yard level and pool up in less than 4 hours. Looks beautiful"
"Company sent out a crew of 4. They were all very nice, informative, made sure they asked me exactly where we wanted our pool and marked the area and asked if was correct before excavating. I was very very pleased with this company and recommended them to everyone. Thank you so much for helping us to achieve our goal of the pool being ready for summer fun and many memories to come. Sincerly, Jennifer Hatfield"
"Had my 18' round pool installed today and these guys were AWESOME!! They came in and rocked it. Super nice and told me everything I need to know. 110% friendly. I would highly recommend these guys to install your pool! I would give 10 stars is I could. Not sure how they only have a single star!"
"I hired this company even tho it was the most expensive, because they came highly recommended by a friend. The day before my install a lady called and said "I think we have u scheduled for tomorrow" but we can only do the dig and install Monday because of staffing issues. No problem. I call back and say "yes Im scheduled and thats fine, but would u install Tues instead of Monday and please give me a call back so I know. No returned call. The time came and went for the dig, but 4 hours late they showed up. No problem. I called again with a request to return my call to ensure they could come tues instead of mon- no returned call. Tuesday Justin and his brother show up to install the pool. They were very polite. Before they left they said a "part was missing" so they couldnt get the filter attached. We looked around for the "missing part" they described and couldnt find it. I personally looked at the directions and showed them the part they were looking for didnt exist and showed them how 2 different parts go together to attach it. Justin said they "had another job to go to" and he would come back with a manager to add that part. If i paid Cash it would be a $80 cheaper. I paid in cash and he wrote me a receipt that says he will be "back to fix filter". At this point I didnt care that they left cigarettes around my yard- and didnt break down or take the boxes. There was garbage all over from the supplies. No big deal. I cant fill the pool until the filter is attached. I talk to JUSTIN the next 2 days and he says he will be over asap- never comes. I pay someone else to come help me put the filter together. I fill the pool. The pool is leaking from 3 different areas. Again i call justin and explain that if he comes back like he said he would Im sure he can solve the problem in 5 min. He stops answering me. I call the office and leave a message- no returned call OF COURSE. I had buckets around the filtration where it was leaking AND explained that. After 2 more days of no responce, I took pics and videos to the pool store. I find out they installed the cell that creates chlorine upside down- even tho the arrow clearly points and stated "up". They also were missing"O" rings- anyone who knows about pools knows it needs the o rings! I spent 2 hours taking apart and re- assembling. I found the address on line and sent a request for a return of the cash I spent for the hours I had to put in- that I already paid them for. The address isnt real and I recieved it back in the mail stating they "dont live there"."
