"Mr. Monks worked with my mother when she took a fall. At her request, I was included in all communications. He kept us up to date with every step of the process, provided advice when needed, and was very patient with all of our questions and concerns. He came out to my mother's house, since she was hurt, and he was very kind and sincere throughout. Most importantly, he knew what to expect and prepared us for the next stage. I hope never to need him again, but if I ever need more legal counsel, Mr. Monks is who I will seek out."
