"Every time I enter this store, the older male employee's attitude puts me off, though the elder lady is nice. So, I decided to call the guy and explain how I feel about his cold and dismissive attitude. I said something like, "When people come to your store, it would be great if you could be more friendly and welcoming. Your coldness makes me not want to return." Surprisingly, his response was, "I don't know what you're talking about," and he hung up on me. Running a "Mom & Pop" shop doesn't necessarily guarantee a positive customer experience. The owner is anything but friendly and helpful; he tends to be dismissive and unfriendly, especially towards customers who don't spend a lot of money on a regular basis. Sorry, but I won't resort to becoming an alcoholic just to contribute to this guy making a profit. It goes without saying that I won't be shopping there anymore, since there are other liquor stores in Kingsbridge that provide better customer service."
"Love this store. Mom and pop store who is losing business to the liquor warehouse. Prices are a little higher, but they stay open longer and always have it fully stocked. On top of that, they are very nice people."
