"To date, our experience with Howard G O'rourke have been absolutely horrible. My family hired Mr. O'rourke back in December to handle an estate issue at the passing of another family member. Back in December (2018), Mr. O'rourke said our issue could be handled/settled in one to two months. Despite our family promptly providing Mr. O'rourke with everything he's asked for in the past nearly 7 months, we've yet to settle our matters and there's no end in sight. In fact, we currently can't get a straight answer from him as to the status of our estate issue as he avoids our calls and emails. We're at a breaking point with this man who blew up with us over the phone when we finally got a hold of him just last week as we voiced our frustrations with his lack of service. He threatened to just drop us, mind you he was with another client while telling us this over the phone, despite our objections of him doing so.
